Spesso cerchiamo di evitare l’argomento\, di non pensarci\, ma è un qualcosa che tutti noi dobbiamo affrontare\, che ci circonda e che non possiamo ignorare. \nCiò che non conosciamo preoccupa e fa sorgere in noi molte domande. Cosa succede durante la morte? Cosa succede dopo? Cosa possiamo fare noi in tutto ciò? \nIl Buddismo da millenni studia i processi mentali e quello che la mente sperimenta. Al contrario di quanto si pensi\, riflettere sulla morte porta molti benefici! Ci porta a pensare alle nostre azioni quotidiane e a come vogliamo indirizzare la nostra vita.
